This 300+ page cookbook was created to introduce and promote 8 paprika-based products imported from Hungary. The recipes and images all feature paprika. I thought cooks would like to see the product, which is very different from the powdered form of paprika, and created sidebars showing the product, highlighting it’s additional uses. Readers are asked to purchase the paprika through a website.
